Shipping Costs

We ship our goods exclusively with DHL and provide shipment tracking.

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then track your shipment on the DHL website (www.dhl.de).

Please note that, for technical reasons, tracking information may not always be available immediately after the parcel has been handed over to DHL.

The standard shipping costs and estimated standard delivery times for the various countries can be found in the following table.

Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–2 business days and, for international deliveries, within 2–12 business days after conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after you have initiated payment.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

At your express request, partial deliveries may also be arranged in consultation with us. Please note that this may result in additional costs for you.

Partial deliveries at the expense of ISS International Security School & Services GmbH will only be made if the delivery date stated at the time of ordering changes significantly.

For customer collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and provide details regarding collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Important: Firearms are shipped exclusively by OVERNITE courier and only within Germany. The applicable shipping costs are stated with each item. We do not offer the shipment or sale of firearms outside Germany.

Shipping costs for firearms within Germany are EUR 30.00 per firearm.

Important: For orders with both billing and delivery addresses in an EFTA country (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland), additional EXPORT COSTS of up to EUR 60.00 may apply if the total order value, including shipping costs, exceeds EUR 1,000.00.

In the EFTA countries listed above, customers may also be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes or fees. These are not payable to us as the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities in the destination country.

Customers are advised to obtain information from the relevant customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

For Switzerland, for example, VAT of 7.7% applies, as well as additional fees which customers can check using the XTARES fee calculator provided by the Swiss Federal Customs Administration at http://xtares.admin.ch.
